Keith’s son Shaun serves as the Director of L&T, having joined the company 15 years ago with extensive construction experience and technical knowledge.
Shaun has been key to the business’ ongoing success, driving L&T’s direction as a commercial, technically-driven business that prides itself on the strong, long-term relationships it builts with clients.
Our story
Founded by Keith Ritchie in 1974, L&T combines technical lighting and project facilitation expertise with a passion for customer service.
Originally a retail business in the 1970s and 1980s, L&T soon introduced a wholesale division in commercial lighting fixtures, and by the late 1990s was focussed on the supply of distinctive and unique lighting for luxury residential and commercial projects.
Today, L&T specialises in project facilitation and lighting supply, with the unparalleled customer service that has been synonymous with the company since its inception.
